When should I get help?

It’s a good idea to see a physio after injury if you are concerned there might be something serious wrong. We can assess your injury and give you a clear diagnosis. If your pain or injury has not resolved in 6 weeks, or if it is limiting the way you move, then we can give you strategies to get better fast.
