Jack Elsworthy
Exercise Physiologist
Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology
University of South Australia, 2018
Raised on the Yorke Peninsula and playing country footy, Jack moved to the city for high school and then an Exercise Physiology degree at UniSA. He now spends time between work and the footy field, where he plays SANFL for South.
While studying, Jack developed a strong passion for using self management and education in his treatment programs. His programs are based on pain science, health behaviour change and and exercise principles. Jack applies what he calls a ‘movement optimist approach’, where he focuses on the key modifiable factors that can improve health.
Away from work and football, you can find Jack playing tennis, golf, or training in the gym.
Jacks treatment goal? “My goal is to empower you through education and exercise to increase your confidence and your capacity to move. I am motivated to explore movement and physical activity as a way to equip you with the toolset to build your own routine and navigate the challenges along the way.”
