Form Health Group is seeking a registered psychologist to join our team.

About you:
You will have current registration with AHPRA and The Psychology Board of Australia.
Demonstrate high-level skills in intake, biopsychosocial and case management.
Be client-centered, have a collaborative approach, and plan and evaluate outcomes.
Work with an uncompromising ethic on best practice and a commitment to constantly enquire and to always improve.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
You are self-motivated and tech-savvy with effective administration and time management skills.

Location: Adelaide CBD, however, remote work via telehealth is an option.
